Tallon Marine, trading as "Tallon Systems", has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Tallon Systems does not sell or rent your personal identification to third parties.
We will only release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law, enforce or apply our terms and conditions or protect the rights, property, or safety of Tallon Systems or others.
It is the policy of Tallon Systems to communicate by email throughout the sales process and in other emails customers elect to receive, in addition to customary business communications (payment confirmations, etc.). Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any customer from any mailing list upon the customer’s request. Any newsletters or promotional correspondence will contain clear and obvious instructions for how a customer can remove himself or herself from that mailing list.
We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Our site's forms may require you to provide contact information and may also require demographic information. We may use your contact information from the forms to send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our affiliated partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.
DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS
When you order an item you have the option of selecting a delivery address. We will never release your addresses without your permission.
PAYMENTS & CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Tallon Systems uses Payflow by PayPal, a payment gateway linking our website to our PayPal merchant account. Like most gateways, Payflow handles all major credit and debit cards. Customers enter their payment details on a secure, PCI-compliant template hosted by PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay via a PayPal acccount if you have one and your transaction will be subject to PayPal's standard privacy and security terms.
Your credit card details are not held by Tallon Systems and can not be accessed by Tallon Systems staff. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your information and to your computer by ensuring you logoff when you have finished visiting Tallon Marine using a shared computer.

INTERNET STATISTICS
Tallon Systems, like most large New Zealand websites, uses a counting system to collect information, such as the number of visitors per day or the number of pages requested per day.
