Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Tallon Systems within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products returned for change-of-mind reasons must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products

  • Special-order items

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Clearance or discontinued items where stated

 

Warranty

Tallon Systems products are manufactured to high quality standards.

Products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Improper installation

  • Accidents

  • Misuse

  • Abuse

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

 

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, customers should provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs where applicable

 

Remedies

Where a warranty claim is accepted, Tallon Systems may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Provide a refund

  • Provide store credit

at our discretion and subject to applicable consumer laws.

 

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable.
