1. All our goods are shipped on a 'DAP Basis', per Incoterms Rules. This means the purchaser is responsible for any import duties and local taxes payable.
2. Orders to South America may be subject to additional shipping. Contact us for a shipping quote before making your order from SA.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you need to return a Tallon product, please phone us on +64 274 112 678 or email us to discuss the reason for the return and one of our friendly team will go through it with you. Please note that re-stocking fees apply to general returns.
If we request that a product is to be returned to us, we will discuss and advise the approved shipping method and payment of the shipping with you.
Once your return is approved, either a full replacement of the product(s) will be offered or an online store credit to the value of the returned product(s). Please refer to our standard shipping times for receipt of your replacement product(s).
