MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY (ENGLISH) Tallon branded products (the 'Products') are manufactured by or for Tallon Marine Limited (Tallon) a company incorporated under the laws of New Zealand. Tallon warrants the Products as follows: As further set forth below, Tallon Socket (formerly know as 'Receiver') Units are warranted against defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the life of the vessel on which the Products are first installed by the original retail purchaser. Your exclusive remedy under the Tallon Socket Unit warranty is that Tallon will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law and as set forth below, provide a replacement to the original retail purchaser at no charge. All other Products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase, except that in the European Union, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase. Your exclusive remedy for all other Products under this limited warranty is that Tallon will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, provide replacement or a credit to the original retail purchaser for a Product at no charge. If a credit is issued, you may apply it towards the purchase of another Product. Tous les autres produits de la marque Tallon sont garantis contre les vices de matériau ou de fabrication en utilisation normale pendant un (1) an à compter de la date de l’achat initial au détail, sauf dans l’Union européenne où le délai de garantie est de deux (2) ans à compter de la date de l’achat initial au détail. Votre droit exclusif dans le cadre de la garantie des douilles encastrées Tallon se limite au fait que Tallon procédera, à son choix et dans la mesure de ce que permet la loi, au remplacement gratuit au bénéfice de la personne ayant à l’origine acheté les douilles encastrées au détail. Votre droit exclusif dans le cadre de cette garantie pour tous les autres produits se limite au fait que Tallon procédera, à son choix et dans la mesure de ce que permet la loi, au remplacement gratuit de ce produit ou à l’octroi d’un avoir au bénéfice de la personne l’ayant à l’origine acheté au détail. Si un avoir vous est accordé, vous pourrez l’employer pour acheter un autre produit de la marque Tallon. En cas de remplacement, le produit échangé doit d’abord impérativement être retourné à Tallon et devient la propriété de Tallon. Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas : Les dommages provoqués par une utilisation avec des produits ne portant pas la marque Tallon ; Les dommages provoqués par un accident, un abus, une mauvaise utilisation, une inondation, un incendie, un tremblement de terre ou autres causes extérieures ; Les dommages provoqués par l’exploitation du produit en dehors des utilisations permises ou prévues, telles que décrites par Tallon ; Un produit ou une pièce ayant été modifiés afin d’en changer la fonctionnalité ou la capacité sans la permission de Tallon Dans le cas d’une douille encastrée Tallon avec alimentation électrique, la garantie de remplacement à vie ne couvre pas les composantsélectriques, notamment et de manière non limitative les bornes, fils et fusibles sans la permission écrite de Tallon ; Les consommables, sauf les dommages survenus en raison d’un vice de matériau ou de fabrication ; Un produit ou une pièce sur lesquels le numéro série de Tallon a été supprimé ou altéré ; Les dommages esthétiques, notamment et de manière non limitatives les rayures ; L’usure normale ; Les dommages provoqués par des réparations non autorisées par Tallon.
