MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY (ENGLISH) Tallon branded products (the 'Products') are manufactured by or for Tallon Marine Limited (Tallon) a company incorporated under the laws of New Zealand. Tallon warrants the Products as follows: As further set forth below, Tallon Socket (formerly know as 'Receiver') Units are warranted against defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the life of the vessel on which the Products are first installed by the original retail purchaser. Your exclusive remedy under the Tallon Socket Unit warranty is that Tallon will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law and as set forth below, provide a replacement to the original retail purchaser at no charge. All other Products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase, except that in the European Union, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase. Your exclusive remedy for all other Products under this limited warranty is that Tallon will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, provide replacement or a credit to the original retail purchaser for a Product at no charge. If a credit is issued, you may apply it towards the purchase of another Product. When a replacement is given, the Product for which the replacement is provided must first be returned to Tallon and becomes Tallon’s property. Labour, insurance and freight costs for returns are not included. No Tallon reseller, agent, or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty, whether written or verbal.
